I can’t believe it’s been an entire year since I started this website. But there you go: happy anniversary to me. Time sure flies when you’re having fun.
What started as a secret place for me to post about my various adventures in travel, food and culture has blossomed into a blog with more than 8,000 subscribers and some 50,000 hits a week. Who are all you people?!? I’ve wandered all over the map on here – and the globe, for that matter – slowly finding my voice and somehow managing to post something everyday. And a whole lot of you have come along for the ride. Thank you.
To celebrate, I’m off to Ireland for a few days. I’m going to do something I’ve not done in a year: be quiet. For a few days anyway. I’ll be back before you know it – with plenty to report from wild and woolly Co. Clare.
